Our commitment
GACE is committed to protecting the safety, dignity and well-being of the students and young people it serves. Everyone involved with GACE is expected to act with integrity and to prioritize student welfare.
Data minimisation & privacy
- We collect only the information needed to provide guidance and support.
- We never ask for passwords, bank details or payment information.
- We do not publish students' personal application details.
- See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Online safety
- We promote trusted resources and responsible, ethical use of technology and AI.
- AI features open external tools (e.g. Gemini); students should never share personal or sensitive information there.
- We encourage students to verify opportunities on official portals and to be alert to scams that ask for money or credentials.
Conduct
Counselors, mentors and volunteers engaging with students are expected to maintain appropriate, respectful and professional conduct. Verified counselor and mentor onboarding will include appropriate checks and agreement to these principles.
