The Gopalganj Academic Counseling & Empowerment Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering the youth of Gopalganj, Siwan and surrounding localities through academic counseling, career guidance, sustained mentoring, an annual academic decathlon, and need-based financial assistance.
